Madelin Rodriguez is a highly educated and experienced healthcare management expert based in the United States. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Miami Dade Community College. Later, she pursued her ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) qualification at UM Medical School in Miami, USA. However, her educational journey didn’t stop there, as she further followed her passion for healthcare management. She obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami – School of Nursing and Health Studies.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare management both in the USA, the UAE, and internationally, Madelin Rodriguez has established herself as a prominent figure in the field. In 1997, she founded her first home care company, Healthcare of South Florida, located in Virginia Gardens, Florida. She expanded her entrepreneurial ventures by opening Florida Home Care in Abu Dhabi. Currently, she has embarked on another endeavor by founding her third home healthcare company, this time in the Emirates of Dubai, under the name MRod Healthcare.

Madelin firmly believes that patients experience a higher rate of recovery when placed in a comfortable and safe environment. She champions the notion that a patient’s own home provides the optimal setting to achieve this goal. By extending expert medical care from traditional facilities to a patient’s home, individuals can heal while being surrounded by loved ones and familiarity.
