Wir hatten mitten in der Nacht einen medizinischen Notfall im Urlaub, und Dr. Orlando kam in unser Hotel, um unseren 16 Monate alten Sohn zu untersuchen. Sowohl er als auch sein Assistent waren unglaublich nett und einfühlsam. Der Umgang mit unserem Sohn war einfach toll.
Alle unsere Fragen wurden sehr ausführlich und verständlich beantwortet, vieles sogar mehrmals erklärt, sodass wir uns wirklich sicher gefühlt haben. Besonders positiv war, dass er uns nichts Unnötiges aufdrängen wollte, sondern wirklich nur das empfohlen hat, was wir tatsächlich gebraucht haben. Dr. Orlando hat sich danach sogar noch einmal gemeldet und nach dem Zustand unseres Sohnes erkundigt. Ein Arzt mit großem Fachwissen und noch größerem Herz. Absolute Empfehlung!

I just want to say Alhamdulilla because I got the best Doctor in Dubai. I missed feeling the empathy of a good Doctor when treating a patient and the extensive knowledge is impresive. Alf shukran Dr. Orlando from MRod Healthcare. I am really surprised how in just 2 days I can feel the improvement and the pain on my feet almost desapeared. It was good enough a consultation to help me after 3 month struggeling with my feet and none has been able to do it despite test test and more test, (with all respect to the rest). During our family holiday in Dubai, our two young children unfortunately became ill, which is every parent’s nightmare while traveling. From the very first moment, the doctor and nurse were absolutely exceptional.
The doctor Orlando Calzadilla came to our hotel immediately, thoroughly examined both children, started the necessary treatment right away, and explained everything to us clearly and calmly. Both the doctor and the nurse were incredibly gentle, patient, and wonderful with children — true professionals who clearly know how to work with little ones.

What impressed us the most was their honesty and integrity. They were not focused on money at all; instead, they explained exactly what was necessary, what was not. Their priority was genuinely our children’s health and well-being.
They even returned early the next morning, before our flight, to re-examine the children and make sure they were well enough to travel. That level of care, dedication, and kindness is truly rare.
Not only outstanding medical professionals, but also truly beautiful human beings. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Orlando was super kind, thoughtful, and very human. He was there for me, even though I was scared being away from home. A doctor, but above all, a person who knows how to do his job impeccably.

Me kind werd ziek en had hoge koorst. Ze kwamen snel naar hotel en werd goed met ons communiceert. Er werd zelfs een dag later nog navraag bij ons gedaan hoe het met me kind ging. Heel fijn dat je zo goed wordt geholpen als je op vakantie bent. Want als ouder wil je de beste zorg voor je kind. We konden alles vragen en waren zelfs 24 uur bereikbaar.

He assessed my husband carefully, explained everything clearly, and provided effective treatment that helped him feel better quickly. Was feeling unwell , and called MROD healthcare , the nurse Chamika arrived within the time mentioned , did all the necessity , with care humanity and informative . The next day after the test results were out , Dr Orlando came for a follow up visit , it’s a personalized caring service . I felt heard and cared for .

We were in Dubai when my father suddenly became very sick during the night with a viral and bacterial infection. From the very first moment we felt supported. The response was incredibly fast and they were available day and night through WhatsApp which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

Communication was clear and every question was answered immediately. The doctor made a quick and accurate diagnosis which helped us know what to do right away. They came to our hotel for regular checkups and always stayed calm and professional. Medication was even delivered to us personally which was a huge help since we could stay with my father.

Dr. Orlando and Chamika saved my husband’s life!

A month ago, my husband fell seriously ill on his very first day in Dubai. He made the mistake of thinking it was only a virus, a decision that cost him dearly. After five days of not eating or drinking, unable to get out of bed, stuck in the same position, hardly able to move, and drifting in and out of consciousness, he finally called the first number he found online for a home doctor instead of going to the hospital alone in Dubai.

20 minutes later, that is how Dr. Orlando and nurse Chamika came into our lives.

They immediately understood the severity of the situation. My husband was severely dehydrated, and a bacterial infection had already spread through his blood, skin, and urine. They took urgent action and started treatment right away, preventing what could have been a fatal outcome. They provided him with IV, took blood and urine samples and were fully equipped to do all the necessary without delaying anything.

By the time I arrived in Dubai, he had already been under their care for three days, and I was shocked by how unwell he looked. Dr. Orlando diagnosis was so sharp and detailed, he knew exacted how to act accordingly and he took all the time i needed to explain everything with patience and clarity. Throughout the entire process — and until today — he has never left us alone providing all the support we needed any time and taking the time to explain in details what was happening and what to expect. He was always available even when i would send thousands of messages and photos every hour and anytime. He never minimized the seriousness of the situation, and he never let me face it alone. I wouldn’t have been able to do it and handle this without Dr Orlando.

Chamika also went far beyond what was expected. Before I arrived, my husband was completely alone, unable to move in bed. Chamika stayed by his bedside long after his scheduled time to make sure he was stable. His kindness and professionalism made an immense difference during those difficult days.
They did not just treat my husband as a simple patient; they went all in to support my husband overcome this phase.

Today, after three weeks of continuous support, we will be able to travel back in the next few days.

We feel incredibly fortunate that he called this medical team that day — choosing anyone else could have led to a heartbreaking outcome.

My wife fell ill whilst on holiday in Dubai. The hotel reception called a doctor and Dr Orlando and Nurse Crisa arrived in about 30 minutes. Their diagnosis and treatment were excellent! Very professional. They administered antibiotics and came back to check up on her every day during our stay. Once back in Australia Dr Orlando messaged to see how she was doing. I was very impressed with their service.

My husband and I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning, but we couldn’t have asked for better care. The team was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and truly helpful throughout the entire experience. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. I would like to give 5 stars to Dr. Orlando and Nurse Ryaz for the professionalism, kindness and care they provided to my 8 year son who was feeling sick with high temp and fever at 2:00 am at hotel room.

They came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment and medicines, they took his blood test and did all the necessary examinations patiently since my son was very scared and not feeling well. After taking the medications he was feeling so much better and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip.
Their communication with children is excellent.

Yesterday we called Mrod medical home service. Frankly I’m speechless you can say little hospital at your doorstep 🥹 thanks a lot Dr Orlando, Nurse Princy and Mrs Reem. if it’s possible to rate them higher I would say 1000/100 they bring medical equipments including IV drip and they contacts insurance for prior approval for the procedure then Dr Orlando suggests for the treatments depending on Patient’s needs and today I recieved a suggestions from Dr Orlando for foods to eat and food to avoid depending on test results taken yesterday. They inform me about the results and medications will be delivered to me today. Rest assured with this incredible service 💯💯👏🏻👏🏻.. All the best Mrod and towards the best always 😉😉

I fell sick at my hotel and they called the doctors for me who came really quickly ,Dr Orlando and nurse Pradippa took care of me ans also checked up me the next day.I really appreciate the support and am much better now .

If I could, I would give it 100 points. I had to call the Dr. Orlando Calzadilla Buitrago at four in the morning because I could hardly breathe and my general condition was very, very bad. The doctor and his nurse came. I felt very, very comfortable. It was a very structured, calm and pleasant approach. Both were very well prepared. I had an excellent experience at this medical clinic! They arrived incredibly fast during the night, and the consultation was thorough and professional. The doctor took the time to discuss various treatment options and helped me choose the one that suited me best. The prescribed medications made a significant difference and helped alleviate my pain. I highly recommend this clinic for their quick, professional services and accessible prices.

My 9-year-old daughter became ill with a high fever. Dr. Orlando, Nurse Princy, and Nurse Pradippa provided first aid at her bedside in our hotel room with great patience and care. They reassured my daughter, who was initially very scared.

They continued to provide care late into the night, administering an IV and taking blood samples.

The aftercare was also excellent. They delivered the necessary medication after reviewing the blood test results and checked in on how my daughter was doing the next day. They even took the time to ask how I was holding up as a worried mother of my little princess.

I am deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism!
